摘要
目的:探讨经尿道980nm红激光前列腺汽化切除术治疗良性前列腺增生症临床疗效。方法:选取2013年5月-2016年7月在医院接受治疗的60例良性前列腺增生症患者为研究对象,给予60例良性前列腺增生症患者进行经尿道980nm红激光前列腺汽化切除术治疗,分析60例患者手术时间、出血量、冲洗时间、尿管留置时间、最大尿流率(Qmax),国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS),生活质量指数评分(QOL),残余尿量(PVR)情况。结果:60例患者手术时间、出血量、冲洗时间、尿管留置时间、Qmax、IPSS、QOL、PVR分别为(70.7±2.3)t/min、(62.5±13.6)V/ml、(0.5±0.3)t/d、(1.1±0.1)t/d、(22.2±0.5)ml/s、(7.5±1.1)分、(1.2±1.2)分、(21.7±2.5)V/m L。结论:经尿道980nm红激光前列腺汽化切除术治疗良性前列腺增生症临床疗效非常好,但治疗费用较高,应根据实际情况合理选择治疗方案。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of transurethral 980 nm laser vaporization of prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods: 60 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected from May 2013-2016 year in July at the hospital as the research object, 60 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients by transurethral electrovaporization and resection of the prostate 980 nm red laser treatment, analysis of 60 cases of patients with operation time, bleeding volume, washing time, catheter indwelling time, maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax) and the International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS), quality of life index(QOL), residual urine volume(PVR).Results: 60 cases of patients with operation time, bleeding volume, washing time, catheter indwelling time, Qmax, IPSS, QOL, PVR respectively(70.7 + 2.3), t/min(62.5 + 13.6), V/ml(0.5 + 0.3), t/d(1.1 + 0.1), t/d(22.2 + 0.5), ml/s(7.5 + 1.1),(1.2 + 1.2),(21.7 + 2.5) V/m L.Conclusion: Transurethral 980 nm red laser vaporization of the prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia clinical efficacy is very good, but the cost of treatment is high, should be based on the actual situation of a reasonable choice of treatment options.
