摘要
我国对极低放固体废物的处置主要采取应在保证公众和环境安全的前提下,经济、合理地处置以及应尽可能就近填埋处置等原则。本文结合这一原则及国家相关标准要求,从注重加强运行组织管理及健全规章制度,重视人员培训及管理,着力实现工作的程序化、规范化、标准化,持续加强处置过程中的相关辐射监测与分析工作,不断总结优化和持续改进等几个方面介绍了某公司极低放固体废物填埋处置的实践与经验。
China's solid waste disposal of very low level mainly under the premise of ensuring the public and environmental safety,economic,reasonable disposal and as far as possible the nearest landfill disposal principle.This article combines the principles and the relevant national standards,from the emphasis on strengthening the operation of organization management and improve rules and regulations,pay attention to personnel training and management,focus on the implementation of work procedures,standardization,continue to strengthen the radiation monitoring and analysis of work related to the disposal process,constantly sum up optimization and continuous improvement,introduced the experience and practice of a company in very low level solid waste landfill disposal.
