优质护理应用于冠心病护理的效果

摘要
目的:探讨优质护理应用于冠心病护理的效果。方法:选取2015年1月--2016年5月期间我院收治的82例冠心病患者,应用随机抽签法分为研究组(n=41)和对照组(n=41),对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用优质护理,比较并分析两组护理效果。结果:两组患者护理效果比较,研究组住院时间、心率、收缩压、舒张压、总满意率与心绞痛发生率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病护理中对患者应用优质护理,既能缩短患者的住院时间,改善患者的心率和血压指标,也能提高患者的护理满意度,减少心绞痛发作次数,具有较高的应用价值,建议推广。
Objective:Discussion on the effect of high quality nursing in the nursing of coronary heart disease.Methods:82 cases of patients with coronary heart disease in our hospitalduring the period from January 2015--2016 May, applications were randomly divided into study group(n=41) and control group(n=41), the control group used routine nursing care, the study groupused high quality nursing, compare and analyze the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group(P < 0.05), the incidence of hospitalization time, heart rate, systolicblood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, total satisfaction rate of the two groups were significantly better than those of the control group.Conclusion:The application of high quality nursing care ofcoronary heart disease patients, has higher application value, is recommended.
