脂肪酸盐皂基体系的流变特性

主要通过分析甘油、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(SLES)、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(CAPB)、烷基糖苷(APG)、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯(IPM)和硬脂酸甘油酯/PEG-100硬酯酸酯(Simulsol165)对皂基体系的稳态流变特性和动态流变特性的影响,研究了皂基体系微观结构的稳定性。研究表明,甘油、SLES、CAPB、APG、IPM、Simulsol 165单一的添加物不能同时改善皂基体系的稳态流变特性、动态流变特性和触变性,甘油、IPM和Simulsol165的混合物能够在使皂基体系剪切变稀过程中粘度整体增加的同时,储能和损耗模量减小,触变环面积变大,使体系的形变能力和触变性增强。
The rheological properties of fatty acid soaps with glycerin,sodium fatty alcohol ether sulfate(SLES),cocamidopropyl betaine(CAPB),alkylpolyglycoside(APG),isopropylmyristate(IPM),glyceyrl stearate and PEG-100 stearate(Simulsol 165) had been analyzed,and the stability of structure in the fatty acid soaps had been studied.There were no significant positive influence on all steady,oscillation and thixotropic rheological properties of fatty acid soaps with single additives,but the mixture of glycerin,isopropylmyristate,and glyceyrl stearate and PEG-100 stearate,with the results that apparent viscosity increased,energy storage modulus and loss modulus decreased,and the area of thixotropic ring changed larger,indicating that the steady stability,deformation stability and the stability of thixotropic structure were all improved.
