外部EGR对增压直喷汽油机HCCI工况范围的影响

摘要
以某增压直喷汽油机为研究对象,对外部EGR率对该汽油机HCCI工况范围的影响及其拓展能力进行研究,同时结合GT-Power软件研究并预测EGR率对HCCI工况范围的拓展程度。结果表明,随着外部EGR率的增加,着火时刻推迟、峰值压力降低、峰值相位推迟、燃烧持续期增加,因此可降低爆燃倾向,对HCCI发动机高负荷工况有拓展作用。当EGR率增加至13.3%时,可使HCCI燃烧模式的上边界拓展13.87%。
Based on a turbocharged direct- injection gasoline engine,the influence of external EGR rate on HCCI operating range and extension ability was studied.Furthermore,combined with GT-Power,the influences of EGR rates on the HCCI operating range extension ability were investigated and predicated.The results show that:with the increase of external EGR rate,ignition timing is delayed,the peak combustion pressure is reduced and the moment reaching the maximum combustion pressure is postponed,burning duration is also prolonged,which can decrease the tendency of detonation and expand the operating range of HCCI.When EGR rate is increased to 13.3%,the upper boundary of HCCI combustion mode is extended by 13.87%.
