考虑太阳辐射的乘员舱热舒适性仿真分析

摘要
以某款轿车为原型,对车内三维流场进行了数值模拟。计算中考虑了太阳辐射和壁面间热辐射对速度场和温度场的影响,应用整体求解法计算气固耦合传热问题。通过仿真计算得到了气流组织形式、速度场和温度场分布,计算出舱内乘具各主要部位的温度,并对乘员热舒适性进行分析。结果表明,在所分析的特定太阳方位上,该轿车前排乘客感觉炎热,后排乘客处于舒适状态。将结果与试验对比,相差在5%以内,验证了仿真结果的正确性。仿真分析结果为改善车辆热舒适性能提共了一定的参考价值。
Based on a car,a numerical simulation on 3D airflow field and temperature field inside a car is performed.Solar radiation and surface-to-surface radiation are taken into consideration and the integrated method is applied to resolve the coupled heat transfer problem.The airflow distribution,velocity scalar,temperature scalar and temperature at main parts is obtained by simulation,and the analysis is taken for the thermal comfort of passengers in the car.The result indicates that front passengers feel hot and rear passengers feel comfortable at the given position of the sun in the analysis.The simulation result is compared to test result with a difference within 5%,and it proves the simulation is accurate.The results provide a reference to improve the thermal comfort of the car.
