静电喷木质素碳纳米球载Pd催化剂的制备与应用

木质素作为自然界最广泛存在的资源之一,其分子结构中有机碳含量高于40%。目前,国内外鲜有以木质素为碳源制备碳纳米球方面的研究。本文通过静电喷将碱木质素制备为纳米球,对其进行预氧化、碳化和负载,最终制备木质素碳微球载Pd催化剂。通过SEM、XRD、XPS、EDS和FT-IR对催化剂的微观形态、结晶结构、元素、价态和成分等进行了研究。研究表明,静电喷木质素碳微球负载立方体Pd催化剂,对氰取代卤代芳烃具有较好的催化性能,其催化效率达80%,同时具备良好的循环使用性能。
Lignin is a heterogeneous and amorphous polymer of a phenolic nature, and the second most abundant biopolymer on earth, containing about 40% of the overall organic carbon. In this study, a facile and efficient route to fabricate lignin derived carbon nanospheres supported Pd catalyst was developed using the electrospraying technology. The crystal structure, the morphology and the compositions of the catalyst were characterized. The results showed that the catalyst exhibited excellent catalytic activities for cyanation in Aryl Halides. Besides, the lignin derived carbon nanospheres supported catalyst showed good recycling ability.
