糖尿病护理中健康教育临床护理路径的应用

摘要
目的:对健康教育临床护理路径在糖尿病护理中的应用效果进行观察。方法:选取我院2015年3月-2015年9月糖尿病患者82例,用随机法将患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者共计41例,对观察组患者在常规护理的基础上使用健康教育临床护理路径进行护理;对照组患者共计41例,对照组患者使用常规护理方法,将观察组和对照组患者的恢复效果和满意度进行对比。结果:经过研究可知,观察组的护理有效总例数为36例,总有效率为87.80%;对照组的护理有效总例数为28例,总有效率高达68.29%,并且P<0.05具有统计学意义;观察组和对照组患者经过护理干预后空腹血糖、饭后两小时血糖和糖化血红蛋白均明显降低,并且观察组血糖水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:使用健康教育临床护理路径对糖尿病患者进行护理后,患者的恢复时间比较短,并且患者的满意度比较高,临床护理效果较好,值得临床推广和使用。
objective: the health education effect of clinical nursing path application in diabetes care. Selection methods: from March 2015 to September 2015, 82 patients with diabetes, patients can be divided into observation group and control group by random approach, a total of 41 patients with observation group, the observation group of patients in the use of health education onthe basis of conventional nursing clinical nursing path for nursing care; A total of 41 patients with the control group, control group patients using conventional nursing approachs, will the recoveryeffect of observation group and control group patients were compared with satisfaction. Conclusion: health education and clinical nursing path for nursing in patients with diabetes, patients' recovery time is shorter, and patients' satisfaction degree is higher, the effect of clinical nursing, worthy of clinical promotion and use.
