后正中入路显微手术治疗高颈段腹侧脊膜瘤

摘要
目的:探讨后正中入路高颈段腹侧脊膜瘤手术处理方法及并发症的处理;方法:2例患者均采用后正中入路半椎板切开入路,手术经过均顺利;结果:2例患者肿瘤切除满意,术后早期均出现发热症状,术后随访7月和20个月,均未出现颈椎不稳现象;结论:后正中入路偏侧半椎板切除能够满足大部分手术需求,且手术损伤小,对颈椎稳定性影响较小。术后硬脊膜及切口严密缝合对减少并发症至关重要。
