限制性饮食者心理特征分析

控制饮食是保持身材,降低体重的有效手段。即使是超重人群也有很多控制饮食的经历,例如研究表明,超重与限制性饮食存在显著的正相关。但是,另一方面,限制性饮食作为饮食失调发展过程中的一个非常重要的危险因素,同样是决定节食是否能够成功的关键,所以限制饮食能够预测饮食失调的发展,甚至是肥胖的发生。本文通过研究限制性饮食与心理因素的关系,能够让我们更加了解限制性饮食者,帮助他们能够有效地的控制体重。本研究采用方便抽样的方法共发放了200份问卷,问卷主要内容包括人口学统计学信息问卷,荷兰人饮食行为问卷,大五人格量表,行为激活/抑制系统量表,正负性情绪量表,90项症状清单量表。并对问卷的数据进行整理,统计分析,得到以下结论:1)限制性饮食得分与节食经历以及BMI指数呈显著正相关,同时也与神经病性症状呈现正相关的关系。2)从成功和失败的限制性饮食者的分析上我们可以看出,两类人群在行为抑制分量表、负性情绪分量表、大五人格的责任心、神经质SCL-90中的很多心理症状上存在差异显著。3)对情绪性饮食影响显著的变量有大五人格中的神经质分量表,而对外部性饮食影响显著的变量大五人格中的责任心以及BIS/BAS中的行为抑制分量表。总之,本研究分析了限制性饮食者的心理特点,和不同类型的限制性饮食者的差异,对指导限制性饮食者如何能够有效地控制饮食具有建设性的意义。
Diet an effective means of reducing weight and keeping fit. Even overweight people have a lot of control eating experiences, such as a studies has shown that overweight and restricted eating there was a significant positive correlation. However, on the other hand, restricted eating disorder development process as a very important risk factor, and it is the key to determine whether a diet to be successful. It is possible to predict the development of a restricted diet eating disorders, and even the occurrence of obesity. By studying the relationship of restricted eating and psychological factors allows us to understand the restraint eaters better and help them to control weight effectively. This study used convenience sampling method were distributed 200 copies of questionnaire, the main contents include statistical information on demographic questionnaire, the Dutch Eating Behavior Questionnaire, the Big Five Personality Inventory, Behavioral Inhibition System and Behavioral Activation System Scale, The Positive and Negative Affect Scale, Symptom Checklist 90.We analyzed the questionnaires and collated dates, and got the following conclusions:1) The restricted diet score and BMI index showed a significant positive correlation, but also with neuropathic symptoms showed a positive correlation relationship. 2) From the analysis of the successes and failures of restraint eaters, we can see that the two populations behavioral inhibition subscale, the negative emotion subscale, the Big Five personality of responsibility, nervousness SCL-90 in many psychological symptoms a significant difference. 3) the impact of emotional eating significant variables Big Five neuroticism subscale, and the impact of external dietary remarkable responsibility variables of Big Five personality and behavioral inhibition of BIS / BAS subscales. In conclusion, this study analyzed the psychological characteristics, and differences in the different types of restraint eaters, and guide restraint eaters on how to control eating effectively.
