白腐菌Trametes versicolor漆酶对孔雀石绿的降解

摘要
白腐菌漆酶是白腐菌次级代谢产物中能够实现芳香族难降解有机污染物开环降解的关键酶之一,在制革废水难降解有机物去除中有极高的应用前景。本文以白腐菌Trametes versicolor(云芝变色栓菌)的胞外漆酶为研究对象,以孔雀石绿为实验材料,研究了栲胶存在条件下云芝变色栓菌胞外漆酶对孔雀石绿的脱色情况。结果表明云芝变色栓菌漆酶并不能使孔雀石绿脱色,但是在栲胶存在的条件下,栲胶可以与漆酶构成介体系统(LMS),通过自由基介导的聚合反应实现孔雀石绿的间接脱色,且栲胶中鞣质的含量越高,孔雀石绿的脱色率越大。
Laccase is the key secondary metabolite of white-rot fungi in the degrading of aromatic refractory organic matter,and they have high application prospect in the eliminating of refractory organic in leather effluents.In this paper,the degradation of malachite green under the existence of tannin extracts by the laccase of Trametes versicolor was studied.The results indicate that,malachite green cannot be degraded without the existence of tannin extract.The tannin extract worked as a mediator during the degradation,which leading to the coagulation of the dye and turning into free radical itself.The higher content of the tannin in the tannin extract,the higher decolourization ratio observed.
