摘要
浙江中小企业"集群式"对非投融资模式的创新,是发展中非全面战略伙伴关系、浙江集群经济向海外延展和抢占对非投融资巨大市场空间的需要。"集群式"对非投融资模式的创新,能够克服和弥补浙江中小企业"集群式"对非投融资现有模式存在的缺陷及不足。可以通过从大卖场到境外商业集群、从工业园到境外工业企业集群、从经贸合作区到境外自由贸易与经济合作区以及创建境外科技创新集群和现代服务业集群等多条路径,进行浙江中小企业"集群式"对非投融资模式的创新。
The innovation of Zhejiang SME Clusters' investment and financing mode in Africa is the necessity of developing Sino-African comprehensive strategic partnership,extending Zhejiang clusters economy abroad and seizing the huge investment and financing market in African.The innovation of Clusters' investment and financing mode in Africa can overcome and remedy the defects and deficiencies of the existing mode of Zhejiang SME Clusters' investment and financing in Africa.And we can make change happen in several ways for innovation of Zhejiang SME Clusters' investment and financing mode in Africa,changing from hypermarket to overseas business clusters,from the industrial park to overseas industrial enterprises cluster,from the economic and trade cooperation zone to overseas free trade and economic cooperation zone,and creating overseas scientific and technological innovation clusters and modern service industrial clusters.
