探讨一种基于雨洪管理的城市园林绿地规划思路

摘要
雨洪问题是硬质化城市面临的严重问题,西方发达国家在20世纪后期就开始寻求一种绿色生态的综合管理模式,并发展了成熟的理论体系和众多成功的实践案例。在国内,随着城市化的高度发展,雨洪问题愈加突出,开始向国外学习成功理论实践经验,发现园林绿地是生态雨洪管理的理想载体,因此近十几年来在风景园林行业内出现较多基于雨洪管理的实践项目,但都是局部小范围内的个体行为,很少从城市宏观角度考虑过。每个城市都有各自的特点,并不能直接学习国外的成功经验,因此本文旨在探讨一种基于雨洪管理本土化的城市园林绿地规划思路,从而理性指导城市内部基于雨洪管理的园林绿地设计,并不是一味跟风建设"海绵绿地"。
Rain flood is a serious problem facing hard city,the western developed countries have developed a green ecological and comprehensive management model since the late last century,and have formed mature theoretical system and numerous successful practice cases.In China,the rain and flood problem is more and more prominent with the rapid development of urbanization,we began to learn the successful experience of foreign countries,and found that the garden green space is an ideal carrier of ecological rain and flood management.In the past decade,more and more practices based on rain and flood management have been built in the landscape area,but it is the individual behavior in the local small scale,which is seldom considered in the macro view of the city.Each city has its own characteristics,and can not directly learn the successful experience of foreign countries.This paper aims to explore a new idea of urban landscape green space planning based on the localization of rain and flood management,thus rationally guiding the urban landscape green space design based on the rain and flood management,and not blindly following the trend of building "sponge green".
