专用设备支臂功耗影响因素研究

摘要
在专用设备当中,支臂起着至关重要的作用,支臂的功耗直接影响着专用设备的功耗和性能。为了优化支臂结构及其附近流体流动状态、激波形式,从而提高专用设备性能,引入并改进了支臂功耗计算方法,对不同情况下支臂功耗进行了计算,结果发现支臂附近流体滞止压力、流动状态、激波形式直接影响着支臂功耗及其变化情况。以本文研究结果为依据,可以优化支臂结构和支臂附近气体参数、激波形式、流动状态,从而优化专用设备功耗和性能。
Scoop is very important in the equipment.To optimize the configuration,the flow state and the shock state of the scoop,a kind of mathematical model for calculation of power consumption by slender body in rotary fluid is exented and improved.Power loss in different instance have been calculated and analysed.It is concluded that in different pressure,different shock states and different flow states,the power loss of the scoop will be changed.According to the diversification of the power loss,a method to decrease the power loss and increase the performance of the equipment can be brought forward,and according to this,the configuration of the scoop can be optimized.
