乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效及护理体会

摘要
目的评价乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病是否有效。方法回顾性分析60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的治疗效果及护理体会。结果观察组及对照组的总有效率分别为86.67%、60%,观察组明显高于对照组;观察组的Sp O2及FEV1/FVC均高于对照组。结论乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入及有效护理可提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病的治疗效果。
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of acetylcysteine solution for inhalation in the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: Retrospective analysisthe therapeutic effect and nursing experience for 60 patientes who suffering from the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Results: The total effective rate is 86.67 percent and 60 percentrespectively in observation group and control group. The observation group is higher than control group apparently. The Sp O2 and FEV1/FVC in observation group are all higher than control group.Conclusions: Acetylcysteine solution for inhalation and effective nursing can increase the therapeutic effect in the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
