雾化吸入布地奈德治疗小儿肺炎62例临床效果观察

摘要
目的:探究布地奈德雾化吸入对小儿肺炎的治疗效果.方法:根据我院自2014年1月至2015年1月收治的62例小儿肺炎患者为研究对象,按照患者入院的先后顺序随机分为对照组和实验组,分别采取常规治疗和在常规治疗的基础上使用布地奈德雾化治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果:实验组患儿治疗后的总有效率为96.77%,对照组患儿治疗总有效率为77.42%,两组患者比较差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者在咳嗽消失时间和湿罗音消失时间、住院时间上均少于对照组,两组比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿肺炎患者采取布地奈德雾化吸入治疗效果好,值得在临床中推广应用。
objective: to explore the budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of infantile pneumonia. Methods: according to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015, 62 cases ofinfantile pneumonia patients as the research object, according to the order of patients in hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, respectively adopt regular treatmentand on the basis of conventional treatment using budesonide aerosol therapy, observe the effect of two groups of patients.
