摘要
在我国城市绿地系统规划工作中,如何与所在区域的城市总体规划进行关联与协调一直是城市绿地系统规划工作重点与难点。当前的绿地规划系统在与城市总体规划相协调的过程中显得被动而消极,这严重影响了我国城市绿地系统规划的科学性与实用性。在城镇化发展当下从供给侧角度去思考其与城市新需求新问题之间的呼应与互动关系将有效提高城市绿地系统规划的科学性。本文在分析了现阶段城市绿地系统规划"协调城市总规"被动性现象的基础上,深入解析目前城市绿地系统规划被动协调城市发展的误区与滞后性。最后针对此问题,从供给侧与需求侧视角出发,提出了绿地系统规划主动的、积极的、促进优化的协调方式与路径。
In the work of urban green space system planning in China,the question-how to relate and coordinate the urban green space system planning of a city with the city's comprehensive planning-is always a key point as well as a difficult point in the work of urban green space system planning.The current green space system planning is mostly passive and negative in the process of coordinating green space system planning with urban comprehensive planning,which has a serious impact on the scientific city and practicability of Chinese urban green space system planning.Based on the analysis of the passive phenomenon of current urban green space system planning in the process of coordinating green space system planning with urban comprehensive planning,this article deeply analyze the mistake and hysteresis of the phenomenon.Finally,for this issue,we start from establishing an organic coordination and good relationships between green space system planning and urban comprehensive planning,and then propose a coordinated approach of green space system planning that is initiative,active and promotes optimization.
