摘要
王草是重要的热带牧草,具有高产、优质的特性,现已成为我国南方饲草种植的首选草种。研究王草的青贮特性及发酵品质,对于缓解我国华南地区饲草饲料紧张,促进畜牧业的发展具有重要的意义。裹包青贮是一种先进的青贮调制工艺,与其它青贮方式相比,有很多优点,损失浪费小,成本低,效益好,操作方便,便于运输。本文以热带牧草王草为青贮原料,详细介绍了王草裹包青贮的制作工艺及技术要点,对原料刈割、切短、打捆、裹包、贮藏等进行详细说明,同时确定了王草青贮饲料品质评价的相关指标,为制作高质量王草青贮饲料提供依据。
Pennisetumpurpureum is an important tropical forage. It is the preferred forage grasses planted in South of China due to the properties of high-yield and good-quality. Research of the characteristics and fermentation quality of Pennisetumpurpureum silage has great significance for easing forage tension in South of China and promoting the development of animal husbandry. Baled silage is an advanced technology and there are many advantages, such as small losses waste, low cost, effective, flexible operation and convenient transportation compared with other ways. In this paper, Pennisetumpurpureum was selected as the silage raw material, and the technology and key points of the process on baled Pennisetumpurpureum were introduced. And then the process of cutting raw materials, cutting short, baling, wrapping, storage and management were described in detail. Meanwhile, the relevant indexes of the quality evaluation of Pennisetumpurpureum silage were determined. It provided theoretical basis for the production of high-quality Pennisetumpurpureum silage.
