青贮柑橘渣代替部分精料对奶牛产奶量、乳成分及饲料成本的影响

摘要
按鲜柑橘渣76%、麦麸15%、酒糟8%、乳酸菌等添加剂1%的比例进行青贮。选择24头泌乳荷斯坦奶牛,配对分配到4组,每组6头。`组每头奶牛每天饲喂8公斤精料、12公斤青贮玉米秸秆和8公斤青草,Ⅱ组用3kg青贮柑橘渣代替1kg精料,Ⅲ组用6kg青贮柑橘渣代替2kg精料,Ⅳ组用9kg青贮柑橘渣代替3kg精料。预饲期7天,正式试验期20天。每天记录每头奶牛的产奶量。收集试验最后3天的奶样,混合,用乳品分析仪测定乳成分。试验结果表明:青贮柑橘渣代替部分精料均有提高奶牛产奶量和乳脂率的趋势,均能大幅降低奶牛饲料成本,其中9kg青贮柑橘渣代替3kg混合精料的饲料成本最低,比对照组减少了24.51%。
Citrus pulp silage was prepared on the basis of the formula of fresh citrus pulp 76%,wheat bran 15%,distiller's grain 8%,lactic acid bacteria and other additives 1%.Twenty-four lactating Holstein cows were allocated equally into 4 groups according to matched-pair grouping design.Each cow in Treatment Ⅰ fed with 8 kg of concentrate,12 kg of corn straw silage and 8 kg of grass per day.Treatment Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ with 3kg,6kg,9kg citrus pulp silage instead of 1kg,2kg,3kg concentrate,respectively.The preparation period was 7 days and formal experiment period was 20 days.Milk yield of each cow was recorded daily.Milk samples were collected at the end of the last 3 days of the trial,and milk composition was measured with a milk analyzer.The results showed that citrus pulp silage instead of partial concentrate has a tendency to increase milk yield and fat content,can sharply reduce the cost of dairy feed.The feed cost of cows fed 9kg citrus pulp silage instead of 3kg concentrate is the lowest,and it is 24.51%lower than that of the control group.
