食用植物的提取物及其复合配方对碳钢在盐酸中的缓蚀作用研究

摘要
静态失重法和极化曲线法研究了一种食用植物的提取物BM及其复合配方在5%HCl溶液中对20A碳钢的缓蚀作用。结果表明,在5%HCl盐酸溶液中,食用植物的提取物BM对20A碳钢具有一定的缓蚀作用,是一种混合型缓蚀剂,其缓蚀效率随提取物浓度的增大而增大,在试验浓度范围内其在20A碳钢表面的吸附遵循Langmiur吸附等温式;食用植物的提取物BM与季铵盐X复配时,缓蚀效率明显提高,显示食用植物的提取物BM与季铵盐X之间具有良好协同效应。
The inhibition effect of a plant extract and its mixture with a kind of quaternary ammonium salt to 20 A carbon steel in 5%HC1 solutions was examined by weight loss and polarization curve methods.Results showed:That the plant extract in 5%HC1 solutions was a mixed-type inhibitor to 20 A carbon steel.That the inhibition efficiency rose with the increase of the concentration of the extract,and the adsorption of the extract on the 20 A carbon steel surface obeyed Langmuir isotherm equation in the tested concentration range.That the inhibition efficiency increased when the extract was mixed with the quaternary ammonium salt X,showing synergistic inhibitive effect between the extract and the quaternary ammonium salt X to 20 A carbon steel in 5%HC1 solutions.
