摘要
座椅是汽车内饰件中较大的总成,其外部面料造型、材质以及色彩直接影响汽车的商品形象。聚氯乙烯(PVC)人造革因其优异的性能以及低廉的价格广泛应用于汽车座椅面料。本文主要从PVC人造革应用于汽车座椅出现的问题,并用案例作详细解析,以改善PVC人造革用于汽车座椅的性能。
Seat assembly is the larger part of automotive interior decorations,the modelling,material and color of trim covering affect automotive products image directly.As the outstanding performances and low price of polyvinyl chloride(PVC) artificial leather,it is used trim covering widely.In this paper,the application problems of PVC artificial leather used in vehicle seat as well as the case analysis in details are studied to improve the performance of PVC artificial leather used in vehicle seat.
