摘要
目的:研究归肺经中药葶苈子对上焦水饮内停大鼠模型的干预作用。方法:采用腹部皮下注射盐酸异丙肾上腺素(ISO)、大鼠气管插管、寒冷刺激等复合因素干预诱导上焦水饮内停动物模型;灌胃给药四周后,检测大鼠的心脏指数、肺脏指数、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率(LVFS)、肺通透指数(LPI)、肺干湿比(W/D)、24h尿量及血浆BNP水平的变化。结果:与模型组相比,葶苈子总提物能显著升高大鼠尿量、LVEF、LVFS(P<0.05或P<0.01),显著降低心脏指数、肺脏指数、BNP水平、W/D、LBI(P<0.05或P<0.01),且以高剂量(468mg/Kg)效果最佳。结论:归肺经的中药葶苈子对上焦水饮内停模型大鼠的心、肺损伤有较好改善作用。
Objective To explore the effect of the Chinese herbal medicine of channel tropism of lung of the seeds of Descurainia Sophia(L·)Webb ex Prantl.on the rat model of Harmful Fluid Retention in the Upper Jiao.Methods:The factors such as ISO was injected subcutaneously in the abdomen,endotracheal intubation,and the cold irritation were adopted to establish the rat model of harmful fluid retention in the Upper Jiao.After 4 week of gavage administration,detect of rat cardiac index,lung index,LVEF,LVFS,LPI,lung W/D,24 h urine volume and the level of BNP.Results:Compared with the M,The aqueous extracts of it could increased the urine volume,LVEF,LVFS(P<0.05 or P<0.01),reduce the cardiac index,lung index,the level of BNP,W/D,LBI(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusions:The Chinese herbal medicine of channel tropism of lung of the seeds of Descurainia Sophia(L·)Webb ex Prantl.is potentially protective against the heart and lung injury of the rat model of Harmful Fluid Retention in the Upper Jiao.
