桑白皮、白术有效性味组分相互组合对阿霉素肾病大鼠的作用研究

摘要
目的:研究桑白皮、白术有效性味组分相互组合对阿霉素肾病大鼠的作用,为性味组分的可组合性研究提供理论依据。方法:采用阿霉素大鼠肾病模型,以大鼠24h尿蛋白、白蛋白(ALB)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、肌酐(Cr)和尿素氮(BUN)的水平为评价指标,筛选出有效性味拆分组分相互组合的最佳组合。结果:与NC组相比,模型组大鼠24h尿蛋白、TC、TG、BUN、Cr含量显著性升高(P<0.01),ALB水平显著性降低(P<0.01);与M组相比,各给药组均能够降低阿霉素肾病大鼠的24h尿蛋白含量、血清TC、TG、BUN、Cr的含量(P<0.01或P<0.05),升高血清ALB含量(P<0.01)。结论MC-30:AmK-Pol组对阿霉素肾病的治疗作用最佳,初步表明其性味拆分组分具有可拆分、可组合的合理性。
Objective The aim of this study is to investigate compatibility of effective flavor split fractions of Mori Cortex,Rhizoma Atractylodis macrocephalae on Adriamycin(ADR)-induced nephropathy rats and providing theoretical basis for the research of the combination of the components of the property and flavor.Methods:Adriamycin nephrotic syndrome in rats model,24 h urine protein of rats,the levels of serum creatinine(Cr),urea nitrogen(BUN),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC) and albumin(ALB) to filtering out the best combination effect.Results:Compared with the normal group,the levels of Cr,TC,TG,BUN and 24 h in the model group were significantly increased(P<0.01),and the level of ALB was significantly lower(P<0.01).Each drug administration group could down-regulated the level of 24 h urinary protein,TC,TG,BUN and Cr obviously(P<0.01 or P<0.01),up-regulated the level of Alb obviously(P<0.01).Conclusions:The MC-30:AmK-Pol has the best Anti-nephrotic-syndrome effect,And flavor components can be combined.
