重症监护室内对人工气道患者实施集束化护理干预的临床效果分析

摘要
目的:探究重症监护室内对人工气道患者实施集束化护理干预的临床效果。方法:选择2014年8月-2016年8月在我院重症监护室行人工气道患者66例,将患者按照入院顺序分为对照组和研究组,每组患者33例,对照组患者行常规护理,研究组患者行集束化护理干预措施,对比分析两组患者临床效果。结果:研究组患者的住院时间以及机械通气时间明显少于对照组,且数据比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05),对照组患者的并发症率为33.33%,研究组患者的并发症率为6.06%,两组数据比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:在对重症监护室人工气道患者的临床护理中,集束化护理干预可以缩短患者的机械通气时间及住院时间,且可以降低并发症率,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of intensive nursing intervention in patients with artificial airway in ICU. Methods: From August 2014 to August 2016, 66 patientswith artificial airway in our intensive care unit were divided into control group and study group according to admission order, 33 patients in each group, Nursing care, the study group of patientswith cluster nursing interventions, comparative analysis of the two groups of patients with clinical outcomings. Results: The hospitalization time and the duration of mechanical ventilation weresignificantly shorter in the study group than in the control group(P <0.05). The complication rate in the study group was 33.33%, and the complication rate in the study group was 6.06%. Therewas significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05). Conclusion: Cluster nursing intervention can shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation and hospital stay, and can reduce thecomplication rate in the clinical care of patients with ICU in ICU. It has a high clinical application value.
