两种不同电极固定方法对视频脑电图监测的效果比较

摘要
目的探讨两种不同电极固定方法对视频脑电图监测的效果比较,提高视频脑电图监测成功率。方法将我院神经内科病房2015年8月—2016年7月收治的行视频脑电图监测患者92例随机分为观察组与对照组,各46例,对照组采用常规火棉胶固定电极,戴单层网状头套,观察组采用单纯导电膏固定电极,戴双层网状头套,比较两组脑电图监测的成功率,粘贴电极与拆除电极的耗时比及患者舒适度。结果观察组视频脑电监测成功率及舒适率高于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。粘贴电极与拆除电极的所用时间观察组明显短于对照组。结论利用导电膏固定脑电电极,戴双层网状头套的方法能有效提高视频脑电图监测的成功率,缩短粘贴电极与拆除电极所用时间,减轻患者在电极粘贴过程中产生的不适感,减轻临床工作量,更好的辅助诊断,具有临床推广和应用价值。
Objective This paper is designed to explore two different electrode fixed methods comparison of the effects on video EEG monitoring(V-EEG) and Improve the success rateof V-EEG. Methods From August 2015 to July 2016, 92 cases of patients for V-EEG examination in our hospital neurology wards were served as the research objects, which were randomly dividedinto two groups, namely, observation group and control group, each of 46 cases. The electrodes of the patients in control group were fixed by conventional collodion and single layer mesh caps,butthe electrodes of the patients in observation group were fixed by electrode conductive paste and double layer mesh caps,then the success rate of complete V-EEG, time consuming in pasting andremoving the electrodes and comfort level were compared in the two groups. Results The success rate of complete V-EEG and comfort level in observation group were significantly higher thanthat of control group with significant difference(P<0.05). The time consuming in pasting and removing the electrodes in observation group was less than that of control group. Conclusions Themethod which the electrodes were fixed by electrode conductive paste and double layer mesh caps can effectively improve the success rate of completing V-EEG examination, shorten the timeconsuming in pasting and removing the electrodes, relieve the discomfort of patients in the process of pasting electrodes, reduce the clinical work and assist the clinical diagnosis, then the methodis also suitable for being widely popularized in clinical practice and has application value.
