摘要
目的:观察品管圈活动在口腔颌面外科麻醉复苏室术前健康宣教中的应用效果。方法:将我科2015年4月—9月术前患者健康宣教出勤率做为研究对象,对术前参加健康宣教的患者实施品管圈护理,并开展相关活动,分析出勤率低的原因,制定改善对策。结果:开展品管圈活动前术前患者健康教育出勤率为67.1%,实施品管圈活动后,出勤率提升至86.84%。结论:对术前患者健康教育实施品管圈活动,出勤率提升20%,效果显著,值得推广使用。
Objective:To observe the application of Quality Control Circle(QCC) in preoperative health education in oral and maxillofacial surgery.Methods:We studied patients' attendance rate of preoperative health education from April to September,2015 and applied QCC nursing care to patients who attended health education before operation.Then we analyzed the reason of low attendance rate and drew up improvement plans.Result:The rate was 67.1%while it improved to 86.84%after the use of QCC.Conclusion:The application of QCC is helpful in improving attendance rate,which improved by almost 20%.As a result,it is worth popularizing.
