旋转机械转子加工变形量测量系统研制

摘要
旋转机械的转子在加工过程中会产生变形,直接影响到转子的加工合格率。该测量系统是用来对转子的加工变形量进行实时监测的,为改善加工工艺提供指导。该系统硬件由工控机、采集卡和电涡流传感器组成,软件采用VB语言编程。采集卡采集由电涡流传感器测量输出的变形信号,信号传至工控机,再由程序进行信号的数据处理,最终得到变形量。在本系统的程序中,关键步骤是信号处理,信号处理主要采用了加窗、频谱分析、频谱校正以及加窗恢复系数等方法,使得测量的数据更加接近真实值。经过试验,验证了旋转机械转子加工变形量测量系统的可行性和正确性。
In the machining process,the rotor of the rotational machine will deform,it is directly related to the qualified rate of the rotor.The system is used to real-time monitor the machining deformation of the rotor,improve the machining technology.This system's hardware include the industrial control computer,the data acquisition card and the eddy current sensor.The software adopts the VB language.The acquisition card is used to collect the deformation signal by the eddy current sensor measuring and output,and the signal is sent to the industrial control computer,by conducting the data processing in the program,the system will get the deformation finally.In the program,the signal processing is the key step,such as the method of acceding to window,the FFT analysis,the FFT emendation and the comeback coefficient,them cause the measuring data is close to the real data much more.The test verifies the feasibility and correctness of this measurement system of machining deformation of the rotational machine rotor.
