风险防范式护理在儿科护理管理的应用效果及家庭心理状态分析

摘要
目的探究风险防范式护理在儿科护理管理的应用效果及家庭心理状态变化。方法选取2015年7月-2016年7月收治的110例患儿临床资料进行分析,根据护理方式不同分为对照组(55例)和研究组(55例),对照组行常规护理,研究组行风险防范式护理,观察两组患儿家长心理状态评分以及护理质量评分。结果护理后研究组家长心理状态评分均较对照组低,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组各项护理质量评分均显著高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科护理管理中应用风险防范式护理可有效提高护理质量,缓解患儿及家属心理状态,从而提高患儿及家属满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of risk prevention nursing in pediatric nursing management and to analyze the changes of the psychological state of their parents. Methods The clinical data of 110 children patients treated in our hospital between July 2015 and July 2016 were analyzed, and were, according to the different nursing options, divided into acontrol group(n=55) and a study group(n=55). Patients in the control group received routine nursing, whereas those in the study group were given risk prevention nursing. The scores of parentalmental state and nursing quality in the two groups were observed. Results After nursing, the score of parental mental state in the study group was shown to be lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); scores of life quality in the study group were shown to be significantly higher than those in the control group, where the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For pediatric nursing management, risk prevention nursing can effectively improve the quality of nursing, ease the psychological state of the childrenand their parents, so as to improve their satisfaction to nursing.
