摘要
质子转移反应质谱(PTR-MS)是一种高端在线质谱技术,具有检测速度快(毫秒量级)、灵敏度高(ppt量级)、定量测量(无需定标)等特点,特别适合痕量挥发性有机物(VOCs)的实时在线检测与预警,已经被广泛地应用于大气环境、食品安全、生物医疗、公共安全等众多领域~([1])。本团队在长期研究质子转移反应四极质谱(PTR-QMS)的基础上~([2,3]),成功研制了质子转移反应飞行时间质谱(PTR-TOFMS),其除了PTR-QMS优点以外,还具有高质量分辨率能力。初步测试结果表明,研制的PTR-TOFMS可以检测出实验室空气和呼气中痕量VOCs(如图1):还可以轻松嗅探出近期巴黎枪击爆炸案使用的自制炸药三过氧化三丙酮TATP(如图2)。
We developed a proton transfer reaction time-of-flight mass spectrometry(PTR-TOFMS).In addition to owning the characteristic of high speed,high sensitivity,and quantitative measurement,PTR-TOFMS has a capability of high resolution,allowing distinguishing between substances with similar molecular weight.The PTR-TOFMS has been applied for determination of the VOCs in air and breath,and the triacetonetriperoxide(TATP) as shown in Fig.1 and Fig.2.
