公众食品营养与食品健康现状调查分析

目的随着居民生活水平的提高,越来越多的人开始注重自己的饮食健康。了解公众对食品营养与食品健康知识、诚信、行为的认知现状,为进一步展开营养健康教育提供帮助。方法对北京市1000名公众进行随机分层抽样调查,制订调查问卷,匿名进行问卷调查,运用SPSS19.0软件进行统计分析。结果被调查公众中,食品营养与食品健康知识得分率为22.5%,诚信得分率为25.7%,行为得分率为51.8%,4个年龄段之间的公众对食品营养与食品健康知识、诚信和行为得分率无统计学意义(P>0.05),18岁以下与50岁以上的公众在食品营养与食品健康方面知识和诚信得分率无统计学意义(P>0.05),18岁至30岁与30岁至50岁之间的公众在食品营养与食品健康方面知识和诚信得分率有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是18岁以下与50岁以上的公众在食品营养与食品健康方面行为得分率有统计学意义(P<0.05),18岁至30岁与30岁至50岁之间的公众在食品营养与食品健康方面行为得分率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。讨论被调查年龄段18岁以下与50岁以上的公众对食品营养与食品健康方面知识、诚信的认知现状并不乐观,18岁至30岁与30岁至50岁之间的公众在食品营养与食品健康方面行为的认知现状并不乐观,应进一步加强对公众在食品营养与食品健康方面知识、诚信和行为的教育的力度。
OBJECTIVE With the improvement of residents ' living standards,more and more people begin to put emphasis on their healthy diet.To investigate the cognitive status of knowledge,integrity and practice about food nutrition and food health amomg public,and to provide help for further health education of nutrition.METHODS To investigate and analysis1000 publicin Beijing with anonymous questionnaire survey by random stratified sample,the data was analyzed by SPSS19.0software.RESULTS The scoring pass rate of knowledge,integrity and practice about food nutrition and food health were22.5%,25.7%,51.8%among investigated public.There were not significant differencesamong four different ages in knowledge,integrity and practice about food nutrition and food health(P > 0.05),and there were not significant differences betweenunder the age of 18 and at least the age of 50 in knowledge and integrity about food nutrition and food health(P >0.05),there were significant differences between 18 to 30 and 30 to 50 in knowledge and integrity about food nutrition and food health(P < 0.05),but there were significant differences between under the age of 18 and at least the age of 50 in practice about food nutrition and food health(P <0.05),there were not significant differences between 18 to 30 and 30 to 50 in practice about food nutrition and food health(P > 0.05).CONCLUSIONS The cognitive status of knowledge and integrity about food nutrition and food healthbetweenunder the age of 18 and at least the age of 50 remains not satisfactory,the cognitive status of practice about food nutrition and food healthbetween18 to 30 and30 to 50 remains not satisfactory,it is necessary to strenthen the education of knowledge,integrity and practice about food nutrition and food health among public.
