气囊导尿管用于溃疡性结肠炎患者灌肠效果研究

摘要
目的:比较溃疡性结肠炎患者采用双腔气囊导尿管与常规肛管进行灌肠的效果,以寻求最佳灌肠途径。方法:择取2014年6月-2015年6月至我院进行疾病诊疗的溃疡性结肠炎患者86例纳入本次实验研究,依照计算机随机分组的方法分为常规组和对照组,每组患者各43例,分别采取传统肛管与双腔气囊导尿管灌肠方法,分析两组患者的临床应用效果与相应的护理方法。结果:实验组患者插管与灌肠过程中的不适、疼痛等症状发生概率明显低于常规组,比较组间数据差异显著,P<0.05。结论:对溃疡性结肠炎患者建议采用双腔气囊导尿管进行灌肠治疗,同时对患者进行健康教育嘱咐其养成合理的饮食习惯,并给予针对性的心理护理干预等,有利于患者疾病的早日康复,值得推荐采纳。
Objective: To compare patients with ulcerative colitis using Foley catheter with the conventional anal enema effect, in order to find the best way to enema.Method: Choose to takein June 2014-2015 June to our hospital for treatment of ulcerative colitis disease patients enrolled in the experimental study, 86 cases of the approach according to the computer randomly divided intoroutine group and the control group patients 43 patients were taken to the anal canal and traditional Foley catheter enema approach to analyze the clinical effect of two groups of patients with appropriatecare approaches. Results: The experimental group patients discomfort, pain and other symptoms during intubation and enema probability of occurrence was significantly lower than the conventionalgroup, the comparison group data were significantly different, P <0.05. Conclusion:Recommended for patients with ulcerative colitis Foley catheter enema treatment,and the patient asked its healtheducation to develop a reasonable eating habits,and give targeted psychological care intervention,in favor of the illness speedy recovery,it is recommended to adopt.
