金草鱼群体形态学、遗传学与肌肉营养研究及评价

金草鱼形态体型与草鱼相似,体色金黄。测量它们的生物学度量性状发现:体长/体高、体长/头长、体长/尾柄长、尾柄长/尾柄高差异极显著,头长/眼间距差异显著。测定二龄金草鱼和草鱼的含肉率和营养成分发现:金草鱼含肉率(70.57%)显著低于草鱼(73.13%);肌肉水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和粗灰分含量分别为:78.60%和78.40%,19.55%和19.95%,0.21%和0.17%,1.80%和1.45%。金草鱼肌肉的贮存损失(2.64%)显著低于草鱼(4.87%),系水力更大,保水性更好。利用15个微卫星标记研究金草鱼群体的遗传结构发现:15个微卫星位点多态性高(PIC=0.763~0.939)。金草鱼群体的遗传多样性[He=0.662]低于草鱼群体[He=0.852~0.885]。金草鱼群体与草鱼群体之间遗传分化较高(0.05Gold grass carp have no significant difference in other features with grass carp in China except for body golden color. Study its morphological feature, we found that the ratios of body length(BL)/body height, BL/head length, BL/caudal peduncle length(CPL), CPL/caudal peduncle height were significantly different. The flesh rate, moisture, crude protein, crude fat, and crude ash content of gold and common grass carp were 70.57% and 73.13%, 78.60%and 78.40%, 19.55%and 19.95 %, 0.21 % and 0.17 %, 1.80 and 1.45 %, respectively. Gold grass carp muscle with2.64% drip loss(less than grass carp's 4.87%). 15 polymorphic microsatellites were used to analysis of genetic structure of gold grass carp, the results showed that the genetic diversity of population of gold grass carp was lower(He=0.662). Nei's genetic distance indicates that the genetic distance between gold grass carp population and Xijiang population is the lowest(0.4763),and highest with Yuanjiang population(0.08107).
