刮刀涂布法制备高效有机太阳能电池过程中的界面调控

摘要
刮刀涂布法是制备大面积有机光伏器件的简单高效,且与大规模卷对卷印刷技术相兼容的方法。我们采用这种技术制备了高效的基于Pff BT4T材料的聚合太阳能电池(器件结构如图1a所示)。在制备过程中我们发现利用刮刀技术,该活性层在常规的ZnO电子传输层上不能获得均匀的薄膜,器件性能重复性差,不利于制备大面积器件~([1,2])。为了解决该问题,我们通过使用ZnO:PFN复合电子传输界面层,调整电子传输层表界面性能,改善了活性层薄膜的均匀性与成膜性,提高了器件效率和器件的可重复性(如图1b)所示。本报告将介绍详细我们在刮刀涂布法制备高性能聚合物电池界面优化方面的研究工作。
Doctor blade coating technology is a simple, high throughput, and roll-to-roll compatibale method for large-area organic soalr cell fabrication. In this report, we will introduce our work on the fabrication of high efficiency PffBT4T based organic solar cells using this technology. Our results found that the PffBT4T:PCBM layer was difficult to form a homogeneous film on ZnO, a widely used electron transporting layer(ETL). By using a composite ETL based on ZnO and PFN, the film forming ability of the PffBT4T:PCBM layer was greatly improved, which consequently improved device performance and reproducibility. We will report the interfacial modification details in this presentation.
