摘要
本文以LS-DYNA软件为基础,根据GB15083的要求,对某车型后排座椅进行了行李箱冲击的仿真分析。根据分析的结果对座椅骨架进行了优化设计,优化后再次进行仿真,其结果满足法规要求,并顺利通过了实车认证试验。
In this paper,the simulation analysis of trunk impact of a car rear seat is based on the ls-dyna software,according to the requirements of GB15083.The author optimize the seat frame design according to the results of the analysis,than simulation again,the results meet the regulatory requirements,and smoothly passed the certification of the real vehicle experiment.
