摘要
目的:探讨中药饮片质量验收存在问题及其改善措施,为临床提供合格中药饮片提供可靠依据。方法:汇总2014年1月~2014年12月期间我院HIS信息管理系统中药饮片入库验收记录1095批次,分析不合格入库中药饮片产生的具体原因。结果:2014年度我院HIS信息管理系统共验收中药饮片1095批次,其中的不合格批次为55批次,中药饮片不合格率5.02%(55/1095);杂志超标、炮制不规范、水分超标和包装破损等为质量不合格主因。结论:中药饮片质量不合格的相关因素较多,需要从采购、检验等环节做好把关,提高医院中药饮片的入库质量,为临床提供合格中药饮片。
Objective: To evaluate the quality of Chinese Herbal Medicine Acceptance Problems and improvement measures for clinical medicine Pieces qualified to provide a reliablebasis. Methods: Summary January 2014- the specific reasons for the period December 2014 HIS hospital information management system of Chinese Herbal Medicine warehousing inspectionrecord 1095 batches of substandard storage analysis generated by Chinese Herbal Medicine. Results: 2014 HIS hospital information management system for a total of 1095 Chinese HerbalMedicine batch acceptance, which rejected batches of 27 batches of Chinese Herbal Medicine failure rate of 5.02%(55/1095); magazine exceeded, processing non-standard water excessiveand damaged packaging as the main cause of substandard quality. Conclusion: The substandard quality of Chinese Herbal Medicine related to many factors, need to do the check from theprocurement, testing and other areas to improve the storage quality one hundred million yuan of Chinese Herbal Medicine, Chinese Herbal Medicine for clinical Eligible.
