高温炼油缓蚀剂的制备与缓蚀性能

以自合成硫代磷酸酯类与市售化合物为原料复配了系列高温缓蚀剂(WSH-2,WSH-3),采用失重法与扫描电镜考察了两种复配环烷酸高温缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能。结果表明,在345℃、酸值为4.75 mg KOH/g、恒温时间为3 h的条件下,浓度达到50 mg/L后两种缓蚀剂的缓蚀效率均高于78%,缓蚀效率随着缓蚀剂浓度的增加而增高,随着温度的增加略有降低,表面膜层结构致密。
A series of high-temperature inhibitors were obtained by mixing the lab-made thiophosphate with commercial compounds.The weight loss methods and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) were used to evaluate the inhibition effect on carbon steel in naphthenic acid media.The results showed that the inhibition efficiency could be more than 78%at 345℃ when the mass concentration of the inhibitors was higher than 50 mg/L,and the inhibition efficiency was increased with the increasing inhibitor concentration,and decreased with the increase of temperature.The film was dense on the surface of test sheets.
