摘要
本钢新1号高炉于2008年10月9日投产,是本钢特大型高炉,炉腹至炉身下部采用铜冷却壁冷却,在生产不到6年后出现大面积破损,被迫多次休风,为了更好维护高炉生产,2015年8月3日进行空料线休风更换冷却壁,经休风恢复后采取稳定原燃料条件、优化布料矩阵等措施使高炉强化冶炼进一步提高。
The new No.1 BF is a super large blast furnace which is putted into operation in October 9,2008.The bosh and lower stack are cooled with copper stave,but,the copper stave appeared a large area of damage in less than six years after blowing-on.the BF was forced to repeatedly break wind.In order to better safeguard the production of blast furnace,we changed cooling stave with lowering stock line in August 3,2015.The blast furnace intensified smelting is further improved with stabilizing the raw fuel,optimizing the burden distribution and so on.
