摘要
介绍了3,3'-二氯-4,4'-二氨基二苯基甲烷(MOCA)"致癌"说的由来,报道了MOCA的毒性试验结果,讨论了MOCA生产的聚氨酯材料的毒性问题。大量实验和统计表明,MOCA是一种对人体基本无害或低毒的化学品,通过MOCA生产的聚氨酯材料也是对人体无害的。
In this paper,the origin of the carcinogen about 4,4'-methylene bis(2-chloroaniline) methane(MOCA) was introduced.The toxicity measurement results of MOCA were reported.The effects of MOCA on toxicity of polyurethane were discussed.A large number of experiments and statistics show that MOCA a kind of basic harmless or low toxic chemicals to the human body and the polyurethane prepared from MOCA is also harmless to human body.
