摘要
频综源输出杂散是衡量频综源好坏的一项重要指标。针对跳频源输出因存在频率跳变和脉冲调制难以进行杂散测试的特点,提出并归纳了多种基于现代信号分析仪的跳频源杂散测试的方法,并分析了各种测试方法的应用场合和优缺点。
The stray is a critical indicator to evaluate the performance of the frequency synthesis source.The presence of the frequency skipping and pulse modulation make it difficult to measure the stray of the frequency skipping source.As a result,the multiple measurement methods of the stray appearing in the frequency skipping source with modern signal analyzer,and the application scenarios and the performances of these methods are presented.
