摘要
目的:对Fibro Scan诊断原发性肝癌的效果予以探究并剖析。方法:选取82例肝癌患者作为实验对象,均为我院自2014年6月至2015年6月期间所接收,保证实验结果公平性期间,将其按照不同诊断方法均分成两组,就CT扫描诊断(对照组,n=41)与Fibro Scan诊断(观察组,n=41)的诊断效果展开探讨,并结合病理诊断结果加以对比。结果:从诊断率方面分析,观察组的诊断检出率为95.12%,对照组患者的检出率为78.05%,两组对比,观察组显著高于对照组,组间差异明显,P<0.05。结论:相比其他诊断方法来说,Fibro Scan诊断原发性肝癌的应用效果较好,为疾病的治疗提供了较高的医学参考依据,在临床上有推广和普及的价值。
objective: to Fibro Scan explore and analyze the effect of the diagnosis of primary liver cancer. Method: choose 82 cases of liver cancer patients as experimental object, all of ourhospital from June 2014 to June 2015 received, ensure fairness during experimental outcoming, it according to the different diagnosis aproachs are divided into two groups, on CT scan in the diagnosis of(thecontrol group, n = 41) and Fibro Scan diagnosis(observation group, n = 41) the diagnosis effect of discussion, and combined with the pathological diagnosis to compare. Results: analysis from the aspectsof diagnosis, the observer group diagnosis detection rate was 95.12%, control group patients detection rate of 78.05%, compared two groups, observation group is significantly higher than the control group, the differences between groups, P < 0.05). Conclusion: compared with other diagnosis aproachs, Fibro Scan is an effective aproach of diagnosis of primary liver cancer, and for the treatment of diseasesof higher medical reference basis, has the promotion and popularization value in clinic.
