摘要
采用高分子结构设计手段,使用特种催化剂、促水泥水化大单体合成早强聚羧酸减水剂和超早强聚羧酸减水剂。这些早强聚羧酸减水剂和超早强聚羧酸减水剂应用到PHC管桩生产中,可以实现免蒸养、免压蒸新工艺,并不增加生产成本,具较强的市场竞争力,是应对新环保法规的最佳措施,有利于管桩行业的健康发展。
