长江中游典型湖泊不同鱼类养殖方式对水体和沉积物中重金属的影响

有关鱼类养殖对湖泊生态系统中重金属的研究目前报道较少。本实验于2015年夏季研究了长江中游25个湖泊水和沉积物中的重金属含量。所研究的湖泊分为四组:(1)A0-1组(对照组一),无施肥投饵;(2)A0-2组(对照组二),已退养的浅水湖泊;(3)A1组(鱼类养殖组一),粗放型养殖的浅水湖泊;(4)A2组(鱼类养殖组二),集约化养殖的浅水湖泊。研究表明:湖泊水体中砷(As),铅(Pb)和其它五种重金属元素在A0-1组中含量显著低于其它三组(P<0.05)。镍(Ni),铜(Cu),锰(Mn),铁(Fe),Pb,As六种元素在A1组中含量显著低于A2组(P<0.001)。湖泊沉积物中As在A0-1中含量显著低于在A1和A2组中含量。该结果表明:集约化高密度的鱼类养殖方式(A2)显著提高了湖泊水体中Pb,As,Ni,Cu,Mn和Fe元素的含量。本研究对于全面地了解鱼类养殖对湖泊生态系统中重金属的影响具有重要意义。
There is limited information available on effects of aquaculture on heavy metals in lakes. In summer of 2015, we investigated heavy metals in water and sediments from 25 lakes under different fish culture types: control group 1(A0-1), control group 2(A0-2), fish culture group 1(A1), and fish culture group 2(A2). In water, concentrations of As, Pb and 5 other elements in A0-1were significantly lower than those in the other three groups(P<0.05).Concentrations of Pb, As, Ni, Cu, Mn and Fe in A1 were significantly lower than those in A2,(P<0.001). In sediments, concentrations of As in A0-1was significantly lower than that in A1 and A2. The results indicated that intensive fish culture(A2) could significantly increase Pb, As, Ni, Cu,Mn, and Fe in lake water.
