不同结构蝌蚪形弱两亲性嵌段聚合物在空气-水界面组装行为研究

摘要
为研究蝌蚪形弱两亲性嵌段聚合物在空气-水界面的聚集行为,通过原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)的方法,合成了三种具有不同链段序列及嵌段比的蝌蚪形含POSS嵌段聚合物:POSS-PTFEMA-b-PMMA(P1),POSS-PMMA_1-b-PTFEMA(P2)及POSS-PMMA_2-b-PTFEMA(P3).利用LB技术将三种聚合物分散在空气-水界面进行组装,研究Langmuir单分子膜界面聚集行为、界面粘弹性及制备的LB固体膜表面形貌~([1])。研究发现具有POSS与含氟嵌段直接连接结构的聚合物(P1)可在空气-水界面及高界面浓度的条件下组装成排列较规整、具有"火山口"结构的准二维胶束~([2]):POSS与PMMA直接连接的聚合物(P2&P3)则形成鱼鳞状排列的聚集体,证实链段序列对聚合物界面聚集行为具有决定性的影响。同时,对于P2和P3这两种具有不同嵌段比的聚合物而言,PMMA与PTFEMA的嵌段比对鱼鳞状结构的尺度及膜的厚度具有重要影响。
Three Tadpole-Shaped Polyhedral oligomericsilsesquioxane(POSS) based copolymers with different block sequence and block ratio were synthesized via atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP).Then the air/water interfacial aggregation behavior of all three tadpole-shaped copolymers was investigated by studying of interfacial rheology and surface morphology analysis using Langmuir-Blodgett technique.The block sequence plays a great role in formation of quasi-2D micelles.When the PTFEMA is directly connected with POSS,we observed that POSS-PTFEMA-b-PMMA prepared LB film could form ordered crater-shaped quasi-2D micelles with higher elasticity.Accordingly,with same segment sequence,POSS-PMMA_1-b-PTFEMA and POSS-PMMA_2-b-PTFEMA all form gentle flaky texture.But the thickness and area of flaky aggregation were greatly related to PMMA ratio.
