三种有机溶剂提取白色锦鲫不同部位色素的研究

本论文探讨比较了不同有机溶剂对白色锦鲫四部位色素的提取效果和色素在不同溶剂中的稳定性。试验分别以无水乙醚、丙酮、无水乙醇作为提取溶剂,以鱼鳞、皮肤、鱼鳍、肌肉作为色素采集部位。采用恒温振荡浸提法提取色素,选取最佳的提取鱼体色素的溶剂,探究最适宜保存鱼体色素的溶剂。试验表明:相同有机溶剂对不同部位色素的提取效果试验中,丙酮溶液提取皮肤部位的色素效果最好,无水乙醇溶液提取肌肉的色素效果最好,无水乙醚溶液适合提取鱼鳞的色素效果最好;相同部位色素在不同有机溶剂中的稳定性效果试验中,皮肤在丙酮溶液中保存的稳定性较好,鳞片在无水乙醇溶液中保存的稳定性较好,肌肉鳞片在丙酮和无水乙醚溶液中保存的稳定性较好。本试验结果将为选择鱼类不同部位色素提取溶剂提供依据和参考。
This paper compares different organic solvent on the white brocade carp four pigment extraction and stability of pigment in different solvents. Experiments in anhydrous ether, acetone and ethanol as solvent, to scales, skin, fins, muscles as a pigment collection sites. Extraction of pigment by constant temperature oscillation, pick the best solvent of pigments extracted fish,explore the most appropriate save body pigments of solvents. Test showed that: same organic solvent on different parts pigment of extraction effect test in the, acetone solution extraction skin parts of pigment effect best, no water ethanol solution extraction muscle of pigment effect best, no water ether solution for extraction scales of pigment effect best; same parts pigment in different organic solvent in the of stability effect test in the, skin in acetone solution in the save of stability better, scales in no water ethanol solution in the save of stability better, muscle scales in acetone and no water ether solution in the save of stability better. The results will be for selecting different parts of fish extraction solvents provide the basis and reference.
