转炉渣各组分对CaCO_3分解的影响研究

摘要
为解释转炉炼钢使用石灰石替代石灰造渣成渣速度快的现象,本研究将FeOx、SiO_2、MnOx与CaCO_3混合模拟石灰石与炉渣接触的环境,进行了热重-差热(TG-DTA)同步热分析实验。结果表明,有炉渣组分共存能够降低CaCO_3的分解温度,其中在CaCO_3里加入其质量80%的SiO_2以后,可以使CaCO_3的峰值分解温度降低66℃,将混合料在管式炉煅烧后用X射线进行衍射分析发现,CaCO_3的分解产物能够与炉渣组分结合生成氧化物或者固溶体,降低CaO的活度。
During the process of converter steelmaking,we find the speed of slag get more quickly when using limestone instead of lime for slagging.Because limestone is surrounded by converter slag,we mixed FeOx,SiO_2,MnOx with CaCO_3 according to the certain proportion to simulate the environment of limestone in the converter slag.TG-DTA results show that FeOx,SiO_2 and MnOx can reduce the decomposition temperature of CaCO_3.XRD results find converter slag component will be combined with decomposition product of limestone and generate solid solution or oxide,reducing the activity of CaO and the decomposition temperature of CaCO_3.
