摘要
供应链成熟度是衡量供应链运营及管理水平的重要标准,Gartner公司提出需求驱动的价值网络(Demand Driven Value Network,DDVN)模型,适用于传统制造业供应链成熟度评价,是在成熟度评价分析方面应用最广泛的方法。本文针对我同电网物资供应链的特殊性,对DDVN模型进行改进,引入绿色供应链理念,增加企业社会责任的内涵,构建出需求驱动的价值与责任网络模型(Demand Driven Value and Responsibility Network,DDVRN)。DDVRN模型能够为电网物资供应链提供发展阶段定位,从宏观战略层面确立供应链的改进目标。通过在国内某大型电网企业的应用案例,实证了该评价模型的有效性和科学性。
The maturity of supply chain is a key criterion to evaluate the performance of supply chain management.The Demand-Driven Value Network model invented by Garter is the most widely used method in maturity analysis.In this paper,the DDVN model specially aimed for the supply chain of Grid companies is modified.Based on the concept of green supply chain,cooperative social responsibility is added to the evaluation model and the Demand-Driven Value and Responsibility Network is constructed.The DDVRN model is helpful to position the stage of supply chain development and confirm the goal of supply chain on the strategic level.By applying DDVRN model to a big grid company in China,this model is proved to be scientific and effective.
