医护一体化管理对剖宫产术后大出血及胃肠功能的改善作用

摘要
目的:探讨医护一体化医疗模式对剖宫产术后大出血及胃肠功能的改善作用。方法:选取2014年1月至2016年1月剖宫产术后大出血患者120名,按入院顺序单双号随机分为对照组和观察组各60名,对照组采用传统护理模式,观察组采用医护一体化医疗管理模式,对比分析两组患者产后2小时出血量、平均住院时间,肠鸣音恢复时间、排气和排便时间及患者满意度调查情况。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患者产后2小时出血量明显减少,平均住院时间显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、排气和排便时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组患者满意度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医护一体化医疗模式对剖宫产术后大出血患者有改善作用。
Objective To review the improve effects of medical health care integrated model in bleeding patients after cesarean section and gastrointestinal function. Methods:Onehundred and twenty mothers who underwent cesarean section at our hospital form January 2014 to January 2016 were divided into two groups based on the time of admission: a control group and anobservation group. The control group was treated using the traditional care model, and the observation group was treated using the integrated health care model. The amount of bleeding after cesareansection two hours, the average length of hospital stay, recovery of bowel sounds, the exhaust and defecation times,and patient satisfaction score were compared between the two groups. Results:compared with the control group, The amount of bleeding after cesarean section two hours and the average length of hospital stay were significantly lower in the observation group; compared withthe control group, recovery of bowel sounds, the exhaust and defecation times were significantly lower in the observation group; compared with the control group, the patient satisfaction scorewas significantly higher in the observation group. Conclusion:medical health care integrated model can effectively improve health care quality, reduce the amount of bleeding, shorten thehospitalization time.
