某型飞机机轮转速、轮载模拟系统设计与实现

摘要
针对在飞机刹车系统地面模拟试验中,关联条件的机轮轮速、轮载状态进行模拟驱动,设计了一种伺服驱动系统。介绍了系统的需求来源、设计思路,以及硬件软件的组成和功能。该系统已成功应用于某型机的刹车系统地面模拟试验中,试验结果表明该系统具有一定的实用性、先进性、通用性。
In order to realize the aircraft braking system ground simulation test with aircraft wheel speed and load simulator,a kind of servo drive system is designed.The source of demand and overall design ideas of the system,the composition and function of the hardware and software are introduced.The system has been successfully applied to a certain type of aircraft braking system in ground simulation test.Test results show that the system has a certain practicality,advancement and versatility.
