蔷薇属2014-XY-3品系扦插繁殖研究

摘要
为提高2014-XY-3品系扦插成活率,研究植株的不同部位插穗及不同浓度3-吲哚乙酸(IAA)对品系插穗生根的影响,并找出其生根的最适插穗部位及生长素浓度,并进行插穗生根过程的显微观察。结果表明选自植株中部的插穗在20mg·L~(-1)的IAA处理下生根效果好,成活率达92.2%。扦插12天后,能观察到插穗基部的韧皮部细胞层明显增厚,且细胞排列致密,20天时,根原基膨大生长为幼根。
Cutting slips from different position of branches of 2014-XY-3 lines and four various concentration of IAA were explored to seek the optimal combination to improve the survive rates.It turned out that cuttings from the the middle of branches with 20 mg · L~(-1) IAA treatment have highest survive rates.In addition,we observed the microexamination of rhizogenic processes of the strains,and found that phloem cells layered thickening obviously and arranged compact 12 days after cuttage,the root primordium expanded as radicles 20 days.
