摘要
目的:观察艾塞那肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年11月至2015年9月在我院内科门诊或住院治疗的使用口服降糖药(OAD)血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者20例。改用艾塞那肽联合二甲双胍治疗4月,观察其治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(P2h BG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1C)、空腹C肽(FC-P)、餐后2小时C肽(P2h C-P)及体重量变化。结果:治疗4月后患者FBG、P2h BG、Hb A1C、体重均有明显下降,FC-P、P2h C-P均增加,与治疗前比较,均有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾塞那肽联合二甲双胍能有效控制2型糖尿病患者的血糖,尤其对肥胖者获益更多。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of exenatide combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method: 20 patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus wereselected in our hospital from November 2013 to September 2015 who inadequately controlled in blood glucose by using oral antidiabetic drug(OAD). After treated by exenatide combined with metforminfor 4 months, fasting blood glucose(FBG), postprandial 2 hours blood glucose(P2h BG), glycated hemoglobin(Hb A1C),fasting C-peptide(FC-P), postprandial 2 hours C-peptide(P2h C-P) and the bodyweight were compared with those before treatment. Result: After treatment, FBG, P2 h BG, Hb A1 C and the body weight were decreased statistically(P<0.05). FC-P, P2 h C-P were increased statistically(P< 0.05).Conclusion: Exenatide combined with metformin could continuously and effectively control blood glucose in type 2 diabetes mellitus, especially in patients of overweight or obesity.
